These terms govern your use of the USCOM platform as a customer, service company or technician.
The platform's role
USCOM connects customers with registered maintenance companies and their technicians, and manages the order, payment and support.
Orders and prices
The fixed price or accepted offer is the basis of the order. Any extra work requires your prior approval in the app.
Payment and cancellation
The amount is held when you order and released after you confirm completion. Cancelling is free before the technician arrives; a fee may apply after arrival.
Warranty and disputes
The warranty applies for the period stated on each service. You can open a dispute before the order closes, or a warranty claim afterwards.
Acceptable use
Misusing the platform, or arranging work outside it to bypass payment or warranty, is not allowed.
