Your mobile number, name, addresses and location during an order, order details and photos you attach, and payment data as tokens from the payment provider, never your full card number.
How we use it
To fulfil your orders, match you with the right technician, track the order, provide support and invoicing, and comply with Saudi regulations.
Who we share it with
Only with the company and technician assigned to your order, and only what they need to do the job. Your phone number is hidden from the technician unless you allow it.
Your rights
You can view and correct your data and request account deletion from the app, subject to the legal retention period.
